Pine Street Horror is an intense haunted attraction designed to be scary. We recommend the experience for guests ages 13 and older.Parents and guardians know their children best and are responsible for deciding whether the attraction is appropriate for them.

Our actors will not intentionally touch you, and guests may not touch our actors or staff. Touching, threatening, or harassing an actor or staff member will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

The haunted house takes approximately 20 minutes or longer to complete. Your total experience time may vary depending on your group’s pace, crowd levels, and wait times.

Yes. Groups of up to six guests may enter together. If your party has more than six people, please decide how you would like to divide your group before reaching the entrance.

Emergency exits are located throughout the attraction. If you need to leave, notify the nearest actor or staff member, or follow the marked emergency-exit route.Our monsters will not scare guests inside the designated emergency-exit corridors.

Pine Street Horror operates inside a historic, multi-story building, and the attraction route includes multiple flights of stairs. Unfortunately, the full haunted-house experience is not currently wheelchair accessible.If you or someone in your group has a disability or accessibility concern, please contact us before purchasing tickets. We are open rain or shine. Our queue line is covered, but guests should still dress appropriately for the weather.

Costumes are permitted, but costume masks and face coverings that conceal your identity are not allowed. Costumes must not include weapons, realistic weapon props, or anything that could create a safety hazard.
